2025 Garrett China Distributor Conference

— Boosting Tomorrow, Win Together

On May 22, the 2025 Garrett China Dealer Conference came to a successful conclusion. Mr. Eric Fraysse, President of Garrett Global Aftermarket, Mr. Guo Hang, Director of China Spare Parts Market, and the Garrett Aftermarket team gathered with dealer representatives from all over the country to summarize the development and achievements of the aftermarket in the past, and conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as future market trends, technological innovations, and channel strategies.

Faced with the trend of electrification, Garrett has already pressed the “dual engine” accelerator. On the one hand, it continues to deepen its research and development in the field of traditional superchargers and introduces more efficient energy-saving and emission reduction technologies. On the other hand, it accelerates its layout in the zero-emission field and promotes the research and development of new products and market expansion.

Garrett will continue to promote the “5+1” aftermarket strategy, launching initiatives in five dimensions: brand building, product matrix optimization, performance parts product development, supply chain upgrades, and digital transformation. It is also worth noting that Garrett is actively developing industrial turbochargers, and is committed to expanding the application of its core turbocharging technology for emission reduction and efficiency improvement to non-automotive fields such as energy storage, power generation, and industrial equipment.

Based on market demand forecasts, its strong OEM supporting advantages and high win rate of OEM customer projects, it is predicted that the aftermarket will continue to create growth opportunities in the next five years. In response, Garrett has launched a full range of strategic layout: on the one hand, by promoting and driving dealer strategies, strengthening dealer network layout and capacity building, and continuously empowering partners; on the other hand, in addition to OEM supporting products, focusing on market demand to launch aftermarket-specific products, and building a rich aftermarket product matrix around the market.
